#truth.
As much as I want to tell you about my fall inspo and decor, I will post this fabulous pumpkin bread recipe first. Then I'll fill you in on what inspired me to make this incredibly delicious, oil-free, plant-based, gluten-free pumpkin bread.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Sift dry ingredients together, then add the wet ingredients. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
So....on to the inspo part! I love to decorate for the seasons. And as much as I want to drag out all the Christmas decor, I wait until after Thanksgiving. (No judgement to those of you that decorate for Christmas early! Go for it!) I just like to enjoy my fall decor for as long as possible.
I did something a little different in my dining room this year. I wanted it to be full of lots of earthy tones..... greens and browns and creams. And I wanted something a little unexpected. So I grabbed a soft animal print scarf I ordered from Amazon last season and made it part of the table runner. I also added a super soft, burnt orange scarf to the side cabinet and added furry soft pumpkins on top.
I have bits of fall everywhere in the house, but this space is definitely my favorite. Look how appetizing the pumpkin bread looks on the table! The perfect spot to enjoy it with a cup of pumpkin spice coffee!
