Whoever first mixed peanut butter and chocolate together is a flippin ROCKSTAR! My sweet tooth thanks you. I love a good smoothie recipe. Especially when said recipe is nutritious and won't break the calorie bank. This is my go-to recipe...but keep in mind that you can put in so many other healthy add ins that pack a nutritional punch.

  • 4 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
  • 2 scoops of plant protein
  • 2 tablespoons of Hershey's dark cocoa
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • splash of Peanut Butter Cup skinny syrup (you could choose caramel, mocha, hazelnut, s'mores or anything that floats your boat)
  • ice

Other yummies I have added in the past: spinach (yes! you don't taste it in the smoothie), frozen banana or frozen strawberries, instant coffee. The options are limitless.

I like to use my Ninja blender which demolishes the ice very nicely. Ya'll. This smoothie is so good. Bon Appetite!
